RETURNS
You can return your item(s) free of charge for a full refund. Just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, then send the item(s) back within 14 days of telling us.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange your item(s) free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Simply email us at contact@rullyofficial.com, or get in touch through our Contact Us 
page, letting us know your order number and whether you'd like a return or an exchange. 
We'll reply with clear instructions on how to proceed.

CONDITION OF ITEMS
Please return items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached where possible. Exchanges require items in original condition. For refunds, we may reduce the amount if an item has been handled beyond what’s needed to try it on.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll refund your original payment method within 14 days. It may take a few extra working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
